  If I could give negative stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR TAXES!! My wife and I came to file for the first time after being married and they wound up filing us as separated in ERROR and our returns were declined and then the manager sent in an amendment which was ALSO wrong which resulted in us being audited. ONE YEAR LATER we get word from the IRS that it's now being finalized and the amendment was off by thousands of dollars and we're actually receiving thousands of dollars less than what we were quoted. All this due to incompetence. I had to contact the BBB for resolution and we were contacted by H&R Block rep and after 10 months of silence between us I reach out to him THREE times before I heard back from him and he was EXTREMELY condescending and we're waiting for him to get back to us AGAIN. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!
