  I had a great experience with Harlan York & Associates law firm. They made the process of filing a petition and waiver for my husband very easy. They are extremely organized and efficient. I worked mostly with Riki King during the process...she took the time to explain anything I didn’t understand and answered back every single email and phone call in a timely manner. They put together all the paperwork we needed for the visa appointment, they had EVERY single paper we gave them from we started. Visa appointment was successful and my husband is already back from Brazil with his Green Card. I can’t thank them enough. If you’re looking for a reliable immigration law firm, look no further, you will not be disappointed.

  If I could give ten stars... I would. Harlan York and his team, Rachael McCarthy more specifically, were an absolute pleasure to work with. We live in a world where we crave access to information and expect answers to come quickly - and this firm delivers that! I’ve sent numerous emails about my parents immigration case and both Harlan and Rachael were quick to reply. This helps because when you’re dealing with such a high level stress situation such as an immigration issue where your whole life hinges on the system a quick answer of reassurance is very much welcomed. Not only are they quick and accessible, they are also knowledgeable. From the very first session and shortly after looking at all that was going on - they promised us a win and that’s exactly what they delivered. My mother has repeatedly said that Harlan and Rachael saved their lives. My father has called them a blessing.   My experience with Harlan York & Associates during the process of applying for and obtaining US citizenship as a long-time permanent resident was positive and smooth from start to finish. My attorney was helpful, professional, and pleasant and I greatly appreciated her support and assistance during my interview.
