  This is a convenient location if your not driving. There is only street parking around the corner if you can get a spot. However I volunteer near here and I catch public transportation. The banker that helped me was really nice and she was very efficient. I was in and out in no time.

  I don’t know why there’s so many bad reviews.I was given good customer service upon my recent visit to this bank location.The Bank Manager Tiffany was very informative and helpful along with the Bank Teller Jose G.

  I just had a bad experience with these guys . These people don’t know how to apply checks from their computers . I called customer care asked about the applying checks , they told me I would get charged $25.95 if I apply it through online and I get charged nothing if I apply it from the branch . So, there I went this branch they still asked me to pay $25.95 for applying my check book and all of a sudden raised a rule that you must have a pro account with 50,000$ deposit to avoid this charge . If I really have that much money on my account why would I go the branch instead of paying $25.95 by just sitting at home . These people are Hell . I don’t wanna give them at least one star either . This is the worst bank ever.
